Certificates and quality

The following certificates proof the quality of JSC Concern „Alga“ products and services:

1. Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania certificate that allows building design, building and the part of building constructional works, building constructional works technical handling.
2. Quality management system ISO 9001:2000/LST EN ISO 9001:2001
3. Environmental management system ISO 14001:2004
4. International welding works certificate DIN 18800-7:2002-09
5. The Great International Welding Works certificate EN ISO 3834-2:2006.
6. Welding works supervision performed by European welding engineer according to EN 719.
7. Welders work is certified according European standards EN 287-1
8. Certificates that confirm production of metal constructions, towers, masts and  metal containers according to LVS ENV 1090-1:2005 (ENV 1090-1:2001)
9. Constructional works production certification centre issued: Production control certificate; conformity certificate for steel container type buildings; conformity certificate for steel telecommunication towers and masts

Concern products (containers, masts, towers and other metal constructions) quality accords technical license TL-01-014:2005 “Steel telecommunication towers and masts. Container type buildings and other building constructions” requirements. 

For quality development implemented "Quality management system ISO 9001:2000".

Concern gives 15 years guaranty for corrosion hardiness for all produced metal containers, towers and masts sections while using them in medium atmosphere corrosion category environment. The quality of preservative covering is obtained by controlling preparation of covering painting process (it is used abrasive flux method, constantly dusting the painting covering). For metal details durability and quality secure the coverings after welding are hot zinc coated. It is used Swedish company “TEKNOS WINTEROY” paints. For paints durability secure is constantly used paint adhesion control.

For quality ensure containers and sections are prefab and welding in stands, which are periodically checked. There is provided visual control of welding junctures and measurements control. It is also provided  X-ray and ultrasonic controls of welding junctures. Welding works are provided by purposeful made and confirmed welding process schedules.

All measure implements that are used for production control are periodically examined by metrology service.

Produced items control is secured by production control system, which is certified by Lithuanian building construction centre and by Latvian building construction centre.

It is constantly provided tower and mast sections and other section items quality control while setting up the samples of sections.
