UAB koncernas “ALGA” was established on 27th of December in 1995. ALGA Group brings together 13 different companies operating throughout Lithuania.
The main aim of UAB koncernas “ALGA” – to provide safe and high quality steel structures, aluminum and plastic products, and other manufactured products, as well as provide the design, construction and transport services that meet customer needs and expectations.
The quality, environmental protection, occupational safety and health policy in the Concern – is the management and control of all inter-related processes to ensure the manufactured product and services quality, continuous improvement of quality indicators, reducing the negative impact on workers and the environment, reduction of occupational diseases, danger, risk of accidents and ensuring environmental protection, occupational safety and the effectiveness of health.
A container designed to pull onto a vehicle. The hook height is 1570 mm (DIN 30722). Steel sheets used for the production: bottom – 4 mm, external sidewalls and doors – 3 mm. At the bottom there is a hole provided for rain water drainage. The containers are supplied as standard with a rear-facing two-leaf door, with central locking as well as a safety lock; however they can also be equipped with a top-hung tailgate. The containers are primed inside and outside and painted according to the RAL system. Warranty period is two years, except for damages occurred during improper explotation.

Surface cleaning abrasive cleaning chamber to SA 2,5 cleanliness class according to LST EN ISO 8501-1. Container frame appearance: priming and painting of 120 mic. thickness alkyd primer-paint according to customer requirements. The outer surface of welds, edges and other areas with surface defects in preparation grade P2 according to LST EN 8501-3 standard. Production control system under a certificate on the basis of a declaration of conformity in accordance with EN ISO / IEC 17050-1. Inside the frame is attached moisture-resistant plywood. Warranty period is two years, except for damages occurred during improper explotation.

Structure’s dimensions LxWxH (in mm) 6000 x 3000 x 2700. Structure is formed out of a single room. Front wall out of steel wire net. Wire thickness>=3mm, hole density>=50x60mm. Other three walls are formed out of molded steel sheets H=20mm. Exterior door – with deouble-leaf system, 1900×2000 mm steel frame with steel wire net and a hanging lock. Above the exterior door there is a little roof 1500 x 2500 mm with a illuminator. Structure’s electrical equipment: an electrical distribution panel, a power switch, two 230V 16A power inlets, one 380 V 25 A power inlet, three 2×36 W illuminators. Stacks 5800x600x2400. Steel towers (up to 70 m) and masts (up to 126 m) for GSM and RRL antennas and other telecommunication equipment to operate. Manufactured from pipes and bar profiles, this forms a triangular spatial structure. Designed and manufactured in accordance to the different wind areas and antenna loads.
Monopoly towers-masts, used for lighting, communication antennas or lightning protection. Towers are manufactured from round different diameter steel pipes, connected with flanged joints, or from convex polygons taper pipes. Served with cable line inside of a tower.
Steel masts made for communication antennas operate in cities and densely populated areas. Easily and quickly assembled and dismantled. Built on the concrete floor slabs. Masts are made from steel welded quadrangles sections, combined flanged connectors, whose stability is guaranteed by metal guy. Equipped with electrical equipment container or without it.
Steel towers for the protection against lightning. Manufactured from angle profiles, which consist square, a spatial tower structure. It may be equipped with a service platform at the top, lightning rod and grounding kit.
Steel towers for radio locational and monitoring equipment operation. Manufactured from pipes and bars profiles, which forms triangular or quadrangle spatial tower structure. Served with electrical equipment container or without it.

Automatic continuous conveyor abrasive shot blast cleaning of surface of the individual container’s panels and parts to Sa2.5 preparation grade according to EN ISO 8501.
Roller conveyor blasting machine has the total length of 32 m, working width 2,5 m, working height 0,5 m. The machine has blasting chamber made of anti-abrasive armouring manganese steel, six turbines, shot recovery and separation system, self cleaning filters, input and output motorized rolls- conveyors of 12m. Automatic abrasive shot surface cleaning capacity is the following: steel sheets of thickness from a 3mm, various steel constructions and profiles up to 14000x2500x500mm, up to 3500 kg weight and up to Sa 3 surface preparation grade. Working speed up 3m/min.
Up to 14000x3500x2500mm, up to 6000kg before painting in blasting chamber of 12x6m with machine AIRBLAST, to surface cleaness Sa2.5 according to EN ISO 8501-1.
UAB koncerne “ALGA” manufacture standard (external dimensions 6040x2425x2590 mm), non-standard and multi-purpose high-quality container houses, whose walls and roof are made of sandwich panels with heat insulation polyurethane or corrugated metal sheet with insulation material. The container frame is made of roll-formed 4 mm steel according ISO-1496 and ISO-688. The container is thermo-insulated, ventilation and heating equipment is mounted inside for keeping required temperature and humidity. Internal equipment consists of showers, toilets, sinks, washing machine, conditioner, radiator, water heater and ventilator. The container constructions are produced according drawings, technical project, standards and the requirements of technical standards. The quality of all material is according to material certificates and standards. The container is certified with Lithuania ,,Building production and certification centre and fulfils the requirements of resistance to fire (0.25h). Warranty period for technological equipment and electricity is 1 year and anti corrosion warranty is 5 years.
The buildings are made of individual segments – modules interconnected into a single building. Premises are designed and manufactured according to customer requirements. Quickly and easily installed on site.
